Overview of our refund policy

Our refund and return policy is subject to the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Since PWRGUM is a food product, we do not take back opened packages. You can return original sealed packages to us and we will refund the purchase price proportionally.

To start the return process, contact us bitterly in advance by e-mail to Please send us your order number, your address details and the details of what you want to return. Please also let us know how we can transfer the money back to you (bank details, PayPal or the payment method you used to purchase).

Items that are not returnable are digital coupons.


Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or possible rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and we will make every effort to refund the amount as soon as possible. 

Delayed or missing reimbursements

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Therefore, we do not recommend requesting a refund by credit card!

Only regular price items can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.

You must pay the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself, therefore the goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage. Not sufficiently stamped shipments will be rejected and returned to the sender!

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are returning more expensive item quantities, you should use a shipping service with tracking. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
